I know the world can be a hard place to be. We're all trying to navigate through the uncertainty of this life the best we can while big things happen within and around us. Maybe you are yearning for a supportive space where you can more deeply explore and make meaning out of your experiences. Maybe you want to explore healing through art and creativity instead of just talking. Or want to reconnect with yourself and accept the complexity within you. If you're looking for someone who "gets" it– who isn't a "blank slate," who validates your lived experience, and who has been on that side of the couch–that space might be here, with me.

I’m a queer art therapist & counselor who provides therapy that is down-to-earth, collaborative, anti-oppressive, and affirming. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates relational-cultural, psychodynamic, and person-centered theories. I love working with fellow queer creative folks looking to utilize art for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I know how scary it can be to reach out for help–especially if you’ve been let down before by those who were supposed to help you. I’ve been there, too. But I also know how wonderful and fulfilling life can be when you get the help you need. So if you can muster up the courage to take that step, we can figure out the rest together.
