I am a trauma-informed therapist who is committed to providing anti-oppressive, sex positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I strive to provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore your inner experiences. As your therapist, my goal is to help you navigate life’s barriers to find authenticity, acceptance, and self-compassion. Whether you’re still processing trauma from the past, struggling to find meaning in the present, or feeling anxious of where to go next, I will meet you with empathy and encouragement as you discover your inner abilities to forge your path.

I use a strengths-based approach that is informed by Person-Centered and Existential theories. As a yoga teacher, I may also incorporate aspects of somatic healing, mindfulness, and meditation into our work together. Understanding therapy is not a “one size fits all,” I strive to tailor my approach to meet your values and needs. I am dedicated, but not limited to, working with individuals experiencing anxiety, PTSD, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, and pregnancy / postpartum challenges.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. Prior to my work in counseling, I spent 10 years in the corporate realm working at various health-technology start-ups.
