I am a clinical psychologist who is dedicated to supporting individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly those who have experienced complex trauma. I specialize in working with clients on issues related to gender and sexual identity, including trans and gender non-conforming experiences, as well as those exploring kink and non-monogamy. My approach is authentic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your identity, process past trauma, and address current stressors and life transitions.

As a neurodivergent, queer, and chronically ill individual, I understand how oppression and marginalization impact mental health. My personal experiences allow me to empathize with clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual understanding, self-compassion, and resilience. If you're seeking a therapist who can support you in navigating complex identities and challenges with compassion and understanding, I would be honored to work with you!

In addition to my therapy practice, I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations, specializing in autism, ADHD, and memory concerns. My evaluations are holistic, considering not only cognitive functioning but also emotional and contextual factors that may exacerbate or mimic these conditions.

I also offer consultation services to mental health professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in providing gender-affirming care, working with dissociative disorders, and incorporating psychological testing into their practice.

I earned my masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Midwestern University, and I am also an educator, teaching graduate-level courses in psychological assessment and human sexuality. When I’m not in the therapy room or the classroom, I enjoy pursuing creative outlets such as photography and painting, as well as staying active through yoga, disc golf, and walking my dog.
