I believe that we all deserve to be seen, heard, and valued for the unique people we are. As a therapist, my goal is to help you unpack societal conditioning and break through barriers to become your most authentic and aligned self. I recognize that we are shaped by the culture we live in, the systems we live under, and the relationships we cultivate; it is my aim to help you recognize how these are or are not serving you and the person you hope to be. I try to live and work from a disability justice framework, with an anti-capitalist, intersectional, and interdependent mindset and a belief in collective access and collective liberation. I believe that each of us has our own best answers and I respect the wisdom we hold in our emotions, our minds, and our bodies.

I work with adults aged 18 and older and am passionate about working to untangle the social and cultural narratives that can control our lives and often override our true values and identities. As a former teacher, I also specialize in working with those in the helping professions and other individuals who struggle with anxiety, burnout, or secondary traumatic stress.
