As a bicultural and bilingual (English & Spanish) therapist, my goal is to provide a non-judgmental safe space for individuals to build a supportive, trusting, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I am committed to encouraging my clients ability to stand in their own authenticity, empower themselves, and enable personal growth.

Our work may include a focus on how to build resilience by increasing coping skills, processing pain from the past (recent, intergenerational, or historical), and learning to tolerate uncertainty about the future. I am sex/body-positive, kink-affirming, LGBTQ+/GSM-affirming, and ENM/polyamorous-affirming clinician who strives to truly listen with a compassionate ear.

I practice from a multicultural/diverse/anti-oppressive perspective with an integrative approach consisting of Person-Centered, Strength-Based, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Though I understand that therapy is not one size fits all, I will spare no effort to tailor my approach to make changes that align with my client’s values and goals.
