Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a queer and neurodivergent human who is eager to be part of your healing journey.

We all need safe and nourishing environments; we all deserve to be in places where we can be vulnerable and feel affirmed without judgment or stigma. I try to foster a space that is inclusive and caring by showing up authentically and with kind curiosity. The therapist/client dynamic is unique, and when trust is built together, it can serve as a model of a secure and compassionate relationship.

I love working with fellow neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ folks, those wishing to repair their relationships with food and their bodies, and survivors of trauma. I am also interested in exploring the ways that our beliefs around grief, sex, shame, and gender manifest in our bodies. I believe in the healing power of animals, nature, and laughter. I’m a hopeful soul, especially in the summer and on sunny days!

It feels incredibly important to help folks remember the power of having a supportive community, and how lost we can feel when we are disconnected from our people. I earnestly strive to challenge the status quo by focusing on ways our individual and communal struggles can be deeply affected by wider, oppressive systems. We are not to blame for the ways we are marginalized by society, but we are responsible for the ways we show up in the world.

We’re all just a bunch of humans out here doing our best with what we have! We’re all just trying to figure it out as we move along in life. And I’d love to help you figure it out in ways that feel good and right to you!
