I’m a licensed professional counselor and my clinical focus is therapy with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and first-generation adults who are processing trauma, exploring their identities, and seeking growth in ways that feel authentic and self-defined. My approach is grounded in consent, curiosity, and compassion, and I hope to create a space where you feel safe to explore, understand, and accept all parts of yourself.
My lived experiences and background in advocacy work deeply influence how I show up as a therapist. As someone who has navigated the intersections of queerness, neurodivergence, and being South Asian, I understand how oppression, cultural expectations, and intergenerational trauma impact mental health. I also believe therapists have an ethical responsibility to challenge these systems by recognizing their impact, holding space for resistance, and advocating for change — both within and outside the therapy room.
I work with clients in a long-term, depth-oriented way because healing happens through consistent, trusting relationships. My training in psychodynamic therapy means I pay attention to the deeper patterns, emotions, and past experiences that shape how you move through the world. If you’re looking for a space to explore your experiences, heal, and create meaningful change, I’d be honored to support you.
